I've had T-Mobile for years. At first the coverage was excellent and now it's so bad that I'm considering switching back to verizon.

We just dropped Verizon and picked up a 2 phone contract with Cingular. One phone is with my son down at Oregon State, the other is used by my wife. The moment she drives into Gaston the coverage gets spotty, and completely drops out by the time she has driven the 1.6 miles west of Gaston to our house. Cingular coverage out here is terrible, and I cannot get any info on when if ever they plan to improve the situation out here. We don't gave cell phone coverage, no cable, we don't even have call waiting (thanks Verizon!) on our phone service. They keep sending the bill and promising improvement sometime in the future. It's time they get off their butts and actually provide what we are paying them for.

I'm amazed that the once premier wireless service provider has turned their backs on even their long term customers. My wife and I have noticed a steady decline in service since we recieved the 'marriage invitation' informing us of the joyous alliance. We are even considering not paying our bill and suing the ba$tards for not holding up their end of the contract. They force us into a contractual relationship and refuse to hold up their end of the deal. We will be dropping AT&T / Cingular the second our contract expires in a couple months
