US Cellular 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG4400	US Cell has good service from Heppner, OR to Lexington. After Lexington, the service disappers and if you go the other way out of Heppner, Service disappers quick, 2 or 3 miles out... Great service in most of Heppner Though.

US Cellular 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG4400	There is NO RECEPTION in South Morrow County. US CELL needs to put a tower on Black Mountain south of Heppner. It would provide a lot better coverage for all of Morrow Co and a lot of the western part of Umatilla Co.
