AT&T 1 Out of 5	Since AT&T took over Cingular, nothing has changed. The Reception Sucks and they have promised new Towers for years now, and nothing has changed. I plan to Switch as soon as I can! Gow with U.S Cellular or Verizon now!

AT&T 0 Out of 5	every once in a while we will a call in however we can never answer it because it cuts out. They keep on saying that they are putting up new towers however after 3 years with them, I have yet to see an improvement. We will be looking into higher power phones, analog / digital options, antennae, etc.

AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 6010	Wish I had found this website before I went with Cingular. Didn't even know I had 30 days to cancel,thought it was me not knowing how to use phone. I cancelled on 34th day. I paid the canc. fee rather than continue 2 yr. contract and be unable to use. I get tiny signal. If 3 bars, I'm lucky. Cingular says"tough" I say they shouldn't be selling plans to people in my area since they can't provide a signal. Had to drive 2.5miles away before I could get a decent signal. People couldn't hear me, dropped calls. Couldn't even call 4 miles across town it was breaking up so badly. Found out too late, neighbors had trouble, too.
