Verizon sucks they are crooks stay away from the store in the mall they are scam artists

Verizon sucks and they are corrupt stay away from the store in Roseburg Valley mall they are crooks. They will not give you a copy of the contract until after they switch your number over and them you see there is a $35 activation fee even if you cancel within 3 days. When I attempt to cancel right there without having singed any contracts I was told I would lose my number. When I told him I did not care cancel it and give my my $50 back for the phone he said it is already activated the fee is owed. When I threatened to call the cops and have him arrested he called the manager. The manager had him sign a contract stating that if I canceled service I would not be charged the $35 activation fee. I returned the phone the next day, bad service at my house. Verizon sent me a bill for the fees I sent copy of contract with no fee and cancellation. They sent a bill for over $278 I sent another letter and they waived the $170 cancellation fee but still want over $108 for the activation and late fees! Sprint has better coverage and customer service

I have great reception here with uscellular just dont use Nextel devices here.

Picks up one bar then you go to make a call and it wont dial out. then loses the bar.
