We get great service with Nextel. Verizon is better overall, but in Rockaway, Nextel is the best.

Reception is spotty. Fair outdoors, or indoors if you stand by a window. Connections typically drop if calling from building interior.

Cannot get any reception along North End of Miller Street. Spotty at best.

I have tried 3 differnt phones Samsung 225, Nokia 6610, and the latest 6010. All with the same results. No signal. Yet my builder has Nextel and it work, Verizon works and I heard Sprint works. I don't know, maybe I'll try an external antenna next.
