We had ATT out here for a long time and practically had to climb a mountain to get any phone service. We thought all carriers had the same problem out here. Then a friend came out with Verizon and had great service. SO we switched to Verizon. A year and a half later we are very happy with the PHONE service, but there is no 3G. Figured that would be the case with all the carriers, not so. Sprint and US Cellular have excellent phone and 3G coverage in the Wimer area. Just got to wait for the contract to expire.
