When we first got our phones we could receive and make calls from home from AT&T most of the time from at least some of the rooms of our house and pretty much anywhere outside. In the last year service has become really bad. Calls are not coming in for a long time, sometimes days later to voice messaging. I can no longer use my phone in any part of our house. I have to go outside which is bad when it is raining. Tons of dropped calls. Bars fluctuate in same location from 0 to 3 bars. Sometimes I still can not make calls when I have three bars. Frustrated because land line through Verizon was horrible and dropped calls and wouldn't let me call back out. After buying three new phones and hooking directly to the box I still had bad service so I canceled and went with a cell phone. Had T-Mobil at first. Worked great for me everywhere, but at home. I am tired of paying lots of money for bad service at home where I spend a lot of time and need a phone for my job! Come on cell companies, when you spend better than a hundred dollars a month on phone service I don't think it is asking to much to actually get service!
