Virgin Mobile 0 Out of 5	The Virgin pay as you go plan is great and can be had for about $10 a month if you don't use the phone a lot. But not on the Oregon coast, where it is useless, as of July, 2005. It seems they offer good coverage along all the major interstate highways. I think they use the Sprint service area, but I could be wrong about that.
