I have 2 lines with T-mobile, & neither phone works well. The Nokia 3390, worked better in these areas, but nothing to shout for joy over. One line used a Sony Ericsson T300, recption was terrible in most so-called "outlying areas. My color Sidekick is 3 times worse. I even contacted T-Mobile, & the only thing they could say about the sidekick, it's primarily a data device, & there is no software upgrade available or in the works. They couldn't suggest any handset that might offer better recption. In my home, you can forget it. The service in none, & if I wanted to be by the window, I would have taken up window washing as a profession. Their customer service is a joke, right along with most of their products. I know I'm not the only complainer of their customers, when everything works, it works well. But I think they need to focus on feedback from customers, rather than making excuses, or the attitude of "oh well, so sorry". Hopefully this review falls into the lap of someone in their company who cares & really want to do what's right, rather than focus on their personal profits.
