There is a tower that was to be hooked up the last of Jan and still isn't. When will it be ? I just moved up here from Va and can't get hardly any service. This is ridicullous. What's with this place?

At my location there is no reception,and no reception for about 7 miles east toward Bedford Pa,and west from my location through Ogletown Pa, and approximately 3 / 4 of a mile toward Windber Pa. There was one incident where our home phone system and electricity was out and I had to drive 7 miles to report an emergency!
