Little to no reception is the norm in this area. When I am expecting a call I need to always relay my cell calls to my land-line. What a pain. Phone not only will not work in my home, but in my general area for several miles. Not an ideal carrier, as they have no plans to improve service in the next few years.

I get reception on occasion. Was better service 3 years ago and has gotten steadily worse. Called customer service to see why service has dropped off even further... .and they said that it should go back to just being bad instead of horrible once winter comes and the foliage if off the trees for Pete sake. Blaming the worsening service on more leaves in the area then previous summers? Ridiculous. Claim they have no intention of fixing problem... .but are more then happy to take our check each month.

In the last 2 months calls have been dropping and breaking up when I call to North Apollo. When called my phone would not ring, but calls would go to my voice mail. I would not get notified until the next day. This did not happen prior to May and I have lived here for over a year. I have gotten a new phone, it now rings, but breaking up and dropped calls still happen. when I am in Oklahoma Boro (Parkridge Drive)

Verizon dead zone- call signals drop from 66 thru 356, but calls completely drop from Orr Ave all the way to Kiski HS intersection.

when out side I get 3 EVDO and 1 to 0 1x coverage but still I like Verizon wireless

On Route 356 near the old Trunzo's Dari Twist and the new Allegheny Woodlands housing plan the service is bad. To be more specific between the intersection of Route 356 and Orr Ave. all way to the intersection of Route 356 and Park Road, the reception is low and sometimes there is none at all.
