Cellular One 0 Out of 5	Cellular One of NEPA.. These people are fine until you need them. No reason to e-mail them from their Cell One of NEPA site since they NEVER reply. When you visit face to face you never see the same person. No one seems to want to work there. AT&T is buying the Dobson Cellular One company. I sure hope AT&T buy's Cell One of NEPA too ! Then shut's it down.
