I switched to AT&T from Sprint when we moved into the Radwyn Apartments. With Sprint, I could not make a call from inside our apartment unless I was roaming. With AT&T, I usually have no problems at all making and receiving calls. The only weird thing is that the bars on my phone regularly go up and down from one bar to full strength. I am guessing the bars go down when network usage is high, but I am not sure. Regardless of the strength, I almost always seem to be able to make a call without any problems - once in awhile a dropped call or some minor static, but that is not the norm. Overall, I am satisfied with AT&T - much better than Sprint for the Landover Rd. side of the Radwyn Apartments in Bryn Mawr.

"Emergency call only" signal appear. I can't not able to call inside home. This is upgraded phone for my old phone but I don't see any improvement. We have power outage often then I am out of luck. I have to manually open the garage door and drive out to make a call reporting power outrage. This is insane considering high property taxes and phone services we are paying.

Inside of home zero bar (Emergency only signal showes up). To talk we had to go outside to talk on mobile phone.

The reception in general in the Bryn Mawr area is TERRIBLE with T-Mobile. I can only talk in my house if standing directly by our bay window, leaning a bit out. When driving, calls are dropped like they were hot coals. T-Mobile has wonderfully priced plans but what's the use if the service sucks? The service is suspect even in downtown Philadelphia where I work. I would recommend Verizon without a doubt to anyone interested in SE PA cell phone service.

My phone is dual TDMA/GSM/ Roam on Cingular (Extended Area). Despite having at least 3 choices, I get essentially no reception inside my house - varying from 1 bar to no service, making all those extra night/weekend minutes worthless. In fairness, I must live in some sort of reception blank spot - I can go 1/4 mile up the road and get 4 bars and generally reception is good thruout area. But not at my house. Sprint, my former carrier was no better. I'm going to try Verizon next.
