Very poor reception,many many drop calls asked AT&T about reception they stated should not have any problems its a very good phone. AT&T reps dont help with customer service or help out customers, but they are quick and fast to bill you and add other fees to you. Have inquired about switching to new phone or replace the one I have still AT&T will not help resolve my situation,they switch me to different reps n still no one helps they just tell my balance and I need to pay. I have also attemped to go to closest AT&T store close to area and because I didnt purchase the phone from that store they cant help me I have to go to store where I bought it. Thats 1,300 miles from me cant wait to let contract run out and go to a better cell carrier. I strongly recommend to all dont get att, they bullsh*t alot, save yourselves a headache and gas trying to get helpfrom att.

Perfect service at Finch Hill

I connect to my wifi at home so I get 4 to 5 bars inside my home. Outside I still get at least 3, enough to make and receive calls. I do roam.

I used to get at least 2 bars but since NEP put up their towers in Feb. "07 the service has gone bad. I was told Verizon did something to their towers. Also in the town of Carbondale calls get dropped and they never did before. I'm so tired of dropped calls from such a great phone company. Do something please.

For a while, there was nothing then one day we all had 4-5 bars of service. Great service for around here.

I had reception up until 3 weeks ago and now I have none. What is the problem?
