Just got this phone and my reception went from 0 to 1 bar to about 2 to 3. Over all reception within the town is poor. Even with a new cell phone tower placed on top of the towns water tower. But, I believe it is not an ATT tower. It appears ATT's competition is placing towers around the area. Why not ATT. I contacted them about that and they just gave me the vanilla answer of we are continually improving our service in many areas. It seems ATT is falling behind on real cell phone coverage. Not according to their map.
