Verizon 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG 5500	Reception in Coudersport is good with Verizon, as you go south, north or east you lose or get spotty reception. Need more towers in this area.

Verizon 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG VX6100	This is not Verizon, but since there was no option for Page Plus networks I selected Verizon, as I know that Page Plus essentially works on the Verizon prepaid network anyway. The reception in and around Coudersport is excellent. I get 6 bars (max) in my home with better call quality than my landline. Page Plus has been beyond great for me, and it's much cheaper than Verizon.

Verizon 2 Out of 5	Fairly decent reception within Coudersport proper on Verizon CDMA network. Reception is variable traveling along Rte. 6 - fades in and out as you drive. Marginal reception (fades in and out) in observing field at Cherry Springs State Park. You have to walk around and find the right place to stand. But if you move 10 or 20 feet from that spot, the call drops. But no reception along much of Rte. 44 and 44 / 144. I learned this the hard way after breaking down along the highway.

	Verizon is the best carrier to have in this area as of right now. Everyone that comes to visit with other carriers do not have good reception at all, most have none. Nextel is the worst of all of them..
