Dropped calls before were annoying but since the AT&T takeover they are worse. Tried a new phone..no better. They said try a new SIM card..no better. The sound is now horrible and you constantly ask people to repeat thats if you have service at all. I get furious when I see there commercials.

I always say my phone was never included in the "fewest dropped calls". I drop calls all the time. I work outside of Zelie and I drop calls all the time there. Hopefully with the merger things get better.
