worst thing-- dropped calls. Horrible and painful to the ears (must mute phone to avoid this). At the house there is no reception in basement. Must go on deck to get best reception. My phone is 4 years old. Problems get worse over time... . will be switching carriers soon. Also, the rates have gone up. $160 for two phones is too much. (no internet, just talk and text). Many times I hear people ok, but my voice / phone goes in and out... and vice versa.

Verizon wireless has the best reception of all carriers in york county I have reception everywhere. I wish I could say the same for all the t-mobile, cingular, and Nextel people in the area. sometimes I cant call them cause they have no reception.
