In the last few months, reception has become unreliable. My phone is regularly updated and has been checked out, but my service goes from full bars to half or none frequently throughout the day. I have missed several calls from my employer, and am told that I'm 'fading in and out' when talking to friends. Verizon says nothing has changed in the area, yet a friend with Verizon has trouble with his phone when he's at my house. When I first signed up with Verizon a few years ago, the service here was great. A customer service rep suggested that I go outside my house to use the phone... .who are they kidding????
