Had reception along rt 6 from Gaines to almost the intersection of rt 6 and rt 449. In center of town, GREAT reception. I think they hung their equipment on the big tower on top of the mountain just south of town.

Excellent in Galeton If you go out of town you'll pick up service and when I make that call it goes dead or it takes a while to ring or there no service. I had Verizon and there was no coverage. Had T-Mobile and it worked but Cingular had better coverage in the area. On cingular's and t-molbie's maps they say there is no coverage but there is!

What a Joke! All of you that are complaining about T-Mobile are all using a Motorolla! If you ever hear that a rep, or a manager blaming your issue on another T-Mobile employee not doing their job is absurd! The only reason you are posting on this forum, is because you have found out the truth! Either you didnt pay your bill..or you are in a no coverage area! Who do you actually think cares about your issue? These poor T-Mobile reps are probably getting ready to go on their lunch breaks..or trying to log out to go home when you call... no matter what..they have to show world class service on every call... did you ever think about that? If they didnt fix your problem..then upgrade to a real phone... .or move to a coverage area! Give these poor customer service reps and tech support reps the respect they deserve that won them the JD Power award! Did you guys call in during Christmas Eve when all the other providers were home... and their centers were all closed??? Did you? No... .Did you post on here on Christmas Eve... or any other holiday??? I didnt think so! The T-Mobile reps have a life like you do..but they are there to assist you in every way to keep your service running! So before you go and blast T-Mobile... think about the Rep. you are talking to... they are there to help you.. 24 / 7... not only that..they are human... they cannot control every cell phone situation..but give them the credit..where credit is due... you will not find that with another cell phone provider... guarantee it!
