Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: BB	Verizon service has been a disaster in Pittsburgh for the last six weeks. Dropped calls, ringing phones in the background and callers not being able hear you makes you shout "can you hear me now'... among other choice words. I've been with Verizon since 1995... longer than it has been Verizon! It is a shame to say that this is the first time in 16 years that I have been unhappy with them. It isn't my phone since friends and family are experiencing the same issues. With technology advancing the way it has, you would think that service would be getting better not worse!
