Dropped calls, no 3G, horrible customer service. Looking into Verizon.

Spring breaks up alot and is patchy. In some areas, it's great; however in most, it sucks. I will not be renewing my contract with them.

service works good just wish there phones didnt break that they charged a fair price and that their customer service didnt suck

Great service with Verizon. 3G is fast and never drop calls. AT&T and Sprint are horrible here. I always dropped calls with both of them. Verizon has done a lot of work in our area.

I have very poor reception at my house and wanted to know what could be done to change that.

Fair coverage, but not clear. Dialing and recieving calls is a go 9 out of 10 times, but the phone's battery runs out quickly since you only get 1 to 2 bars most of the time.

I get great reception with my nokia. If it doesn't get reception in digital mode, it will switch to analog and it gets great reception. I think Verizon is the best.

It all dpends what phone you have to get recption with Verizon. Iv'e wen through many phones until I finally found one that has GREAT reception in the rual areas. The LG VX 4500 is great out here. I had a Audiovox that suxxx, I don't recommed it. But LG is pretty good, id give it a 9 out og 10!

It is impoosible to have a coversation in any of the stores. If you get anywhere away from the front of the doors your calls are immediataly dropped in most cases. that is at best inconvenient and at worst, a hazard if you have babies or disabled at home.

Very minimal, patchy in a few places, good in Davidsville / Holsopple / Carpenters Park area then good again towards Johnstown or Somerset. There just seems to be a little pocket of poor reception here on Somerset Pike also good in Westmont.
