Between friends and family we have 14 different Verizon models. Verizon was not the company for us to go with in this area. We do not receive most of our calls nor can we make a lot of the calls out of the area. I have called Verizon numberous times and never get any where. It's ashame you have to sign a contract with them for a descent price on the phone. Also, for those who do not have a data plan, the phones that are offered without one are to us not even worth the plastic they are made from. Think twice before going with Verizon in this area at least. Do your homework and check out your options. No use in having a nice phone or even paying for a data plan if it does not work in your area.
