Great reception at house but dead spot coming and going and I am always on my phone for business, nothing like dropping clients regularly. I find my service deteriorating, more dropped calls, calls not coming in going to voice mail, trxt take time to get to me often. Never had and issue with them til 2010 but am searching for a new carrier. Pricing is out of line with other carriers especially data packages, $30 a month for internet sevice, really???? Everyone else is half that. So $80 a month unlimited txt talk and $30 on top of that. How crazy is that, most for $80 include internet, txt and talk

I rated the reception as (0). My reason for such is that most times my phone shows, no service, or, searching for network. The fees should come down all around the board. This is fraud in the hundreds of billions.
