They have the worst reception I have ever experienced. I can barely use data. Everytime I contact them they act like its a big deal and promise they will help me but they never follow up. Once per week I try and post a reception report on their FB page with a photo of speed test results. Then they reach out to me and start with a new round of promises. Eventually they send you this thing that is supposed to boost your signal. it supposedly works well if you can pull in a number of 3 or higher on a 1-10 scale. I sent them photos of my phone next to their signal booster which was posting a robust 6 and I was still not getting a signal. Worst everWas this review helpful to you?
I purchased a T-Mobile ZTE mobile phone and at first it worked perfectly underground. By the third week I couldn't get a signal underground. I called T-Mobile and they said it would be corrected within 78 hours! Well I am still waiting!Was this review helpful to you?
while the status indicates full 4G signal, you can not use the data at all and calls cut out frequently. for 4 months now I've been putting in requests for a resolution to this, at least once a week. every time it is like the first time I contacted them. I've started calling them Dori. they refuse to do anything about the poor to zero data access in the city despite the high volumn of complaints they get and the lowering public opinion of them on social media. they have fully embraced the "take the money and run" mentatllity of big business. I am switching away from them this weekend and filing a complaint with the A.G. and BBB.Was this review helpful to you?

I switched from Verizon to AT&T because I went on my fiance's family plan. Worst decision ever. I went from FULL bars to TWO bars, sometimes I get NO bars. AT&T should be embarrassed of themselves! My Verizon bill was a lot more expensive but now I know why. You pay for what you get and with AT&T--you get nothing in return for your loyalty.Was this review helpful to you?

No service once the el train goes in tunnel. No service on any Septa transit that goes underground. All the major carriers AT&T and Verizon have underground service. When traveling to work etc most of it is underground. God forbid if an emergency arises. Any future plans to have service underground?Was this review helpful to you?
