Just purchased the new iPhone 6s Plus and can't even talk on the phone inside or outside for that matter. Only solution I found was to enable wifi calling from my phone so I'm basically SOL away from any wifi connectionWas this review helpful to you?
Usually 3 bars, no dropped calls, always get LTE; some dead zones in my high rise bldg, but my apartment is fine. Was this review helpful to you?
No internet access for the last few months. Voice seems to still work. I think we used to get 4G access here - or definitely can check email on the phone. Was this review helpful to you?
Only one cell bar at best; no reception at Septa station but others with AT&T get signal. I'm going to migrate to AT&T - had Verizon in same area (better than T-Mobile but not by much). Was this review helpful to you?

I have Sprint unlimited data and texting, with 450 min. I have no idea what it feels like to have 4G. I cannot stream any videos on any website or app. I constantly lose mobile network signal. Phone signal is 2-3 bars out of 6. I've been with SPRINT for years but it has extremely dropped in reliability. Text messages are delayed up to an hour or two. Half my phone calls never come through. The call goes straight to voicemail. Sprint Customer Service is no help either. There only suggestion is to hard reset the phone or replace but niether has helped. Was this review helpful to you?
The signal at home is ok as far as calls are concerned. However, there is no 4g and most times, there is no 3g. If I travel over 3 miles away from home I lose all of my services. No calls, no 3g and no 4g. What am I paying for!!!! Now, I see that the rest of the carriers are no different. We, as customers, need to revolt! Why are we being charged so much taxes for something that doesn't work? All the fanfare commercials for something that doesn't work! Was this review helpful to you?
While I can get 4 bars consistently indoors, Verizon internet service is horrible regardless of wherever I go around center city. Yet, I continue to see buses with Verizon bragging about its XLTE service. It's a shame there isn't a better carrier in this area because if there was, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Was this review helpful to you?
Using a Nexus 5 with truly unlimited 4G on T-Mobile. Outside of my house, 3 / 4 bars of LTE or 4 / 4 bars HSPA. Indoors, 1-2 bars of LTE or 3 / 4 HSPA. Poor speeds either way. LTE tops out at 15 Mbps, averages around 6.5 Mbps regardless of signal strength, drops below 1 Mbps during peak hours. HSPA tops out at around 12 Mbps, averages about 4 Mbps. Very disappointing. I can't understand how poor the LTE speeds are compared to HSPA. I used to get 40 Mbps+ on AT&T's LTE last year. Was this review helpful to you?
