Very poor to no reception in many areas along Germantown Pike via T Mobile. Better reception after changing over to AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
I have never had any problems with Sprint. The reception is great! Even tho, it's 3G it works fast and is reliable. Sprint customer service is great, going on 4 yrs now.Was this review helpful to you?
Google Nexus At& t internet is good but I drop a lot of calls. I would compare the service to Sprint with voice calls but internet on At& t is definitely stronger. I'm sticking with AT& t because I can't live without simultaneously talking and surfing. I would love a cheaper option like T-Mobile but the service is too choppy! Was this review helpful to you?
Data has slowed to a standstill in center city on 4G during business hours. Phone has become unusable. plus side, no longer worried about data limits.. I never get any anyway! Was this review helpful to you?
I have been a LOYAL customer of Sprint for over 14 year and I ABSOLUTELY HATE their SERVICE! Love the price point but at this point can't deal with it any longer. I am filing for DIVORCE. I have been trying to send a text and make a call all morning. Phone will not work and I have an iPhone go figure. There service stinks. Not a true 4g network as they state. This is so crappy. Full Discussed beyond words. I will have a new service plan TODAY!Was this review helpful to you?
One min. Reception then ten feet away no reception. If in a spot with reception and don't move fifteen min. Then call drops. Net is very slow and at time fair. It just rediculous. I stuck with Sprint through the good times as well as the bad... .its been about ten years. But now its too much. Too much B.S. and too much money. I think I'm through. Was this review helpful to you?
I bought my wife a Sprint phone with Wimax and 3g access. She works at uPenn (34th street) and we live at 48th street. She almost never gets internet access in either location OR elsewhere in the city. The voice service works well though. Was this review helpful to you?
Is anyone else out of service in cc Philly? I have been out of service for 10 days with Consumer Cellular with AARP program that I am told uses AT&T towers. First I am told that the 4 towers in the area are "severely degraded" and being fixed by last Saturday. They changed their story and sent me a new SIM card and phone is still not working Consumer Cellular is the worst. Was this review helpful to you?
There is a serious deficiency in the amount of towers and bandwidth allocated by Verizon for users in the heart of center city Philly. The response and data speeds are so slow that on a number of occasions trying to use speedtest it just times out. Verizon is well aware (just talk to any of the people working at the Market St. store) of the lack of throughput that is available. Basically it comes down to too many users and not enough towers to accommodate the load. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint sucks! I've been with Sprint for the past year and a half and I've been miserable with this terrible reception I get in my apartment. My calls are always dropping and I can NEVER access the internet. It's so frustrating that I'm paying for a service that's not even working. I can't wait until my contract is done because I'm definitely switching to a different company. Sprint, shame on you.Was this review helpful to you?
