I've had no problem with reception within or outside of buildings, along roads, etc. within the Phoenixville area. Only dropped calls in vicinity have been down Diamond Rock and Country Club Roads. However, dislike the cost of data plan. For a few weeks they had a $15 minimum which would have been satisfactory (I don't want / need data, just want a newer smartphone). Will probably switch to T-Mobile for $ savings.

Almost no signal whatsoever inside the house. VM / Sprint coverage map says I am in a three bar good reception area. Am looking into signal booster.

The State and Union Hill Rd.intersection area is in a valley, and mobile service is spotty. But AT&T pulls through with average service, compared to my spouse's Sprint coverage, which is nonexistent in our home's location.

State Rd.runs along Hartman Run through a valley, and Sprint's towers are not positioned to support the valley. Sprint's coverage map leaves a big hole near the State and Union Hill roads intersection, so there is truth in their advertising. My spouse has AT&T with a Nokia e63, and she has average to good reception inside our house, and good reception outside of our house.

No reception indoors. Very limited outdoors. 1 / 4 dropped calls even testing on 2nd story roof with phone away from body. Have 4 bars of signal, but most calls drop. Verizon came out in van and said reception is good in the area, said 2 new phones of same brand were bad, but they work everywhere else! It was much better several months before with LG VX3200.
