I've had Sprint for 16 years and have never had a problem of any kind. I do not have a smart phone and cannot speak to any data issues, but for making calls Sprint is superb. Was this review helpful to you?
Dont switch to Sprint! Not worth your money or aggervation. Switched to save money from Verizon. They didnt pay for all my phones charged by Verizon for early cancellation but said they would. My 30 days is up so cant get out of Sprint contract. $220 more down the drain and paying more a month for 4 phones rather than my 5 phones and 3 tablets I had with Verizon. Worst misstake I ever made. Will be shopping for a new carrier when I can. Thanks for all your help Sprint. NOT!Was this review helpful to you?
I go all over the city and have never had more than three bars on my phone ever usually one or twoWas this review helpful to you?
1 to 2 bars. So horrible I have to go out on the porch even in freezing weather like today at 25 degrees to talk to anyone. I am a reporter so I interview and take notes. How about a half hour call with someone in 25 degree weather, trying to write with freezing hands. AT&T totally stinks. And while I'm at it, I lived in Florida and it was equally bad... had to stand outside to get good enough reception to be understood. EVEN in the rain. Zip there was 34982. Here, it is 15203. My recommendation is to not get AT&T. The two locations are about 1,1150 miles apart. The signal is equally horrible in both places. Right this second my iphone, two feet from a window, has one bar. Stinks. Was this review helpful to you?
Sometimes I get a couple bars, but the network congestion makes it crawl. Speeds up to 5mbps when less people using the towers. Spotty and worthless all over the city. Pretty great in the well-off suburbs. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been with Sprint for well over 10 years and they've never let me down. Fair price, great reception, great phone. You do have to watch your bill though. Sometimes there are errors but nobody is perfect. Tip: If you call customer service just be polite and they'll help you. Nobody wants to help an a**hat so if you're irate and talking down to them, they're just laughing at you. Someone that worked at Verizon in Cranberry told me that how they handle irate customers. They don't care. Was this review helpful to you?
Decided to try a different carrier, At&T is the worst. Beware. The Phone works fine when you can get service. Allegheny General Hospital is a dead zone. NO SERVICE in the building. Went to and called AT&T and expressed my displeasure multiple time's. Each time I was faced with no solution to the problem. dropped service at PNC Park and Heinz field also. Was not able to use the phone at Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis during the game, my brother was next to me with Verizon and his phone worked just fine. I think it's a problem with At&tough luck. Hopefully this review helps someone, you have been warned. Was this review helpful to you?
I've never got more than 3 bars at home and most of the time I only get two. Occasionally I lose my connection entirely. Calls drop all the time I can't take work calls the quality is so bad. I have to tell people to call a land line. This cost me a job once because of a bad phone interview. Before we had internet and phones hard wired up, our first night at this address we couldn't even call and order pizza or order online the reception was so bad.Was this review helpful to you?
I had an I phone 4 with Verizon. I only got 3 bars. Switched to Metro PCS with a LG Leon. Now I get 4 or 5 bars. Was this review helpful to you?
