Very strong signal, used to have Cingular and HONESTY they SUCK!!11 VERIZON IS THE BEST!

Cingular customer service is HORRIBLE! AT&T was better. I like my service in general, but it seems like Cingular is too money hungry. For example, Cingular charges 10 cents to RECEIVE a text message, which is RIDICULOUS! AT&T didn't charge anything.

I got too many 'Busy Network' recordings and I very often have to redial Cingular customers up to three times to get through Cingular has terrible customer service... and no customer service at all from 9PM Friday until 8:30 AM Monday. I paid the $150.00 to get out of my 2 year contract. I went back to T-Mobile who has excellent Customer Service, never a busy network recording.

Awesome Reception. Rarely had a problem with Sprint. Some fuzzy reception / echoes but never serious or long-lasting. Never really needed Customer Service.

Back of house has 2-3 bars, front 0 (dropped call). Okay reception downtown, very spotty in buildings.

I lose signal a lot in this area as well as other parts of the North Hills. 4 bars one second, no bars the next. I could be standing still and watch it fluctuate. Hopefully this gets better with time.

Dead spot at Knox and Arlington Avenues. Notified Verizon for the last 3 years, they always say they will do something about it but they never do. Lets face it, these companies have very little in customer support.

I work at the 'Sears Repair' store in the 'mower' section. This is a very large building with lots of steele and wiring everywhere. I have never had any problems with service or reception here. Some here use 'Sprint, T-Mobile and Nextel, and they all say they have had dropped calls or have to get near a window to make a call. I even connect my Verizon phone to my notebook computer to get online with no problems at all. Thanks Verion, WC.

I've never had a problem with service.

The Phone May Display 1 or 2 Bars With Cricket Communications in this area, but the sound Quality is very low.

Calls consistently drop on Braddock between Ridge and Greensburg Pike. Coverage is terrible. I've called Verizon and they claim there is coverage.

Calls drop in the office of Vincett Eye Care. You can be sitting next to the window and the calls drop. This is a low building so there is no excuse for lack of coverage.

Calls consistently drop on Filmore between Geisler and Ardmore. My phone display says "no service". I've called Verizon several times and they claim there is coverage there.

This servicerarely lets me down around town or when traveling, a plus! I also notice that people with other carriers have problems on their end when I do not.

most of fox chapel area sucks cant go 15 feet without dropping a call called T-Mobile and says they will improve and be unbeatable in the near future compaired to verizon

I always lose reception going up or down 18th st. and I get virtually no reception in my house on Quarry. St.

seems to be dead spot around this intersection, most notably near the indian streets
