Love Verizon here, used to have T-Mobile which was terrible, and my friends with Sprint have issues too. My friend's iPhone gets pretty spotty 3g here, but my data is always consistent. My only issues are sometimes in back parts of Wyo, and from what I hear every network has issues there because of lack of space for cell towers.

I live in shillington and I have sprint. I love it! I had AT&T and verizon, since I lived here also, and I only got a bar or 2 with both of them. But with Sprint I get FULL signal. I dont have a blackberry either. or a pda. I go on vaction every summer to different states and I loose signal very rarley. I would NEVER SWITCH.

More often I find myself with half or more than half reception, I will occasionaly find the dead spot, but it is rarely a problem.

Service has been good but there are dead spots on some roads including church lane road and Blankenbiller road. I can get 5 bars the entire way except for one short turn and boom the call is dropped. I also had major problems out of state. Hardly any service in Colorado or at the shore in Maryland. No trouble in New York.

In the last 2 weeks. I've noticed more dropped calls. And worse yet, initiating them. Then when some of the calls connect. You get a few words, then, you lose audio between you and who you are calling. On top of that. The call won't disconnect, until you do so. I've tried powering off and on. Seems to do next to nothing. I've had Nextel for about 2 years. Until lately, I've had no problems. However, these problems have come, and come on strong. Also, If you call from the Reading, PA area for a trouble ticket. They give you all references to the Philly area. It's like we don't exist. Any comments would be helpful. Even at the expense of early termination fees. I'm entertaining the thought of doing so.

I've had AT&T for a long time and although it's never been terrible... I'm going to switch to another company in March. I live in Wyomissing and my reception is only very average when I'm inside my house. Also, the 3g data isn't always consistent. I'm leaning toward Verizon... I hope their 4G lte will be here in the next few months

Usually the signal is around 3 or 4 bars, but there are some areas with poor signal (such as indoors) where the signal drops to 1 or 2.

at best minimal reception. totally useless. There are two "new" towers that have been installed in the last year but I have yet to find out who owns / leases them out. Looking for a new carrier Xmas 2005, any help would be appreciated. Would love to drop lanline service but still can't till I find a good cell carrier. Thanks!
