i've had many providers of service including At&t, verizon, virgin. the all got decent service, tell compared to Nextel in this area I believe Nextel is the way to go. in my house with other providers I use to get one maybe two bars same house same spot in house full service with nextel. never had a dropped call. I truly feel Nextel is the way to go in this area

Travel along Route 443 between Pine Grove and Schuylkill Haven can be spotty at best. In Pine Grove, Verizon sucks. Areas outside of town improve, but the service doesn't improve until your East of Friendsburg. That's ten miles of really bad service. The service in this area isn't much better with most companies (AT&T sucked even more that Verizon). I keep my fingers crossed that someone will improve service in this area, since I spend a lot of money for service that doesn't exists

The network is great. The only problem I am having is that the signal for Verizon and Att / Cingular are not strong enough to make it thru brick walls.If you open the windows it works.Apparently in this area Nextel has it down pact..Att claims that is a problem. For the NorthEast this phone is great. The two networks Cingular has is still in the process of merging it networks so get service everywhere in the northeast at least. Lastly your phone automatically roams. gsm america is worth your money.
