Bars range from 0 to 5 with dropped calls about 60 - 80 % of the time no matter how many bars are up. Note that other areas this phone works fine with few drops - however it still drops occaisionally. This is a brand new phone bought online through Verizon which has been swapped out at the store. If Verizon doesn't work in this specific area, I will cancel and choose another carrier. I only have 10 days left to make a decision. UGH ! My old V60i worked fine until about 6 months to a year ago right here in this location. What changed? C'mon Verizon Wake up and fix your problems. For what we all pay for service, these things should work inside a darned bomb shelter for crying out loud!
