Historically, Verizon (and its predesessors) reception has been horrible to non-existent. The snooty people who run Wallingford feel that a cell tower would ruin their snooty town. Within the past year, however, reception has been surprisingly good. Around the same time, I noticed cell-site antennas appear right on top of a small building in Brookhaven on Edgemont Ave near Brookhaven Rd. that actually has a high elevation relative to Wallinford. I suspect that this is the source of the better reception and was a clever way of circumventing the Wallingford Elete gestapo. I sure hope that Brookhaven is enjoying the added tax revenue from this.

Reception is poor to nothing. Guests with Verizon do a little better. I know of no one with any carrier who gets good reception here.
