Wonderful service for many years, great reception even in my basement. Only once had a problem and Verizon determined it was a defective phone, not the network.

TMobile will be fine on some days, then drop calls constantly on rainy or overcast days. It's very strange that the weather affects it this much. I've had to stand on my porch in the rain so I don't drop a call with my manager. Verizon worked fine at my home for 7 years and I changed networks only when my company went to Blackberry on TMobile. TMobile also drops calls in west NJ between Somerset, NJ and Bucks county. TMobile coverage stops completely on the west portion of the PA turnpike between Breezwood and Irwin exits, leaving about 90 minutes of drivetime without phone service.

I dropped ATT because of no bars in my home. I went with Sprint and nothing changed. My son-in-law comes over wth his ATT phone and gets full bars. I don't get it.

Just a quarter of a mile south of Boot Rd. and Route 100 my signal drops to nothing for Sprint.

There is zero reception inside the house. The only way I get service is standing outside at the bottom of my driveway.

Cannot receive in my house at all. Cingular really needss to add a tower in the area bounded by Grove, Boot and RT 322. This is a large residential area, and the limited tower availability cannot satisfy the need.

In the last 2 months my reception has dropped off terribly. Sometimes when I make a call to other Cingular phones its says" the call cannot be completed, a long distance access code is required" wtf? as well as "all circuits are busy, please try again later" It's not my phone cos' its brand new and its been the same with 2 other phones of mine. Cingular sux right now, period!

Verizon continues to maintain that this area is fully covered, but don't go into the house or your poor signal strength goes to No Signal. This is probably due more to the complete lack of towers in the area, but Verizon should be more forthcoming about the problems.

At home, while holding two SprintPCS family plan phones in a second floor room by a window, I called from one phone to the other and got a message that there would be a roaming charge to make the call! There is no reception unless I hold both phones high at arms reach near the top of an upstairs window, but call is lost if ring is answered at ear level. No useful PCS to PCS service.

I have had Verizon for two years, and am getting a new upgraded phone as soon as my new every two kicks in. I love Verizon. I get reception at the shore (where Cingular sucks), in an old house, in Niagara Falls Canada, etc. The only place I have problems is in the Pocono area, where one second I am roaming, the next getting some actual reception. I love Verizon, and I'm sticking with them. However, their customer service is rude (d'town store) and liars (phone call).

I don't use the phone all that much. But I am quite happy with it. $50 for 550 anywhere minutes lasts me more than a year. Never paid much attention to the bars. The only missing coverage occurs in the middle of a supermarket.

Coverage in West Chester is generally good, but there are bad places to the north. Coverage on Sunset Hollow Rd.is almost non-existent. It's impossible to drive on Rte 100 between Rte 30 and Rte 202 without a disconnect. I would often avoid that part of Rte 100 if I'm on the line.

I recently moved to West Chester, and I get barely any bars, I've called Verizon they say it's due to lack of towers and that they been trying to put a tower in, however, the administrator of west Chester wont allow it because the way it looks! I'm going to try and email them and see if I can get a tower put in

Have to stand near a window to get reception. Calls drop frequently when moving around the area. T-Mobile - please fix !

1 bar (if that). Really bad in this area. Hopefully new tower will come soon?

the amount of droped calls between 11 phones per day is on average of 4 per phone also there is little if no signal in alot of chester and delware counties. With about 20 or so towers the service by Nextel is getting worse by the day. They suck

Verizon coverage in my community is weak. I always lose a call on my way home from work as soon as I enter the community. Once in my house, I have to standing near a window to maybe get one bar of service.

I have T-Mobile, and am disgusted by the fact that it absolutely has no reception where I live. I am lucky if I have one bar. I have called T-Mobile and was basically told that they can create a service request, but no guarantees that it will be fixed, or even looked at within this month ! Since this is a business phone, I am missing important calls at home and am forced to change my cellphone voicemail to redirect calls to my home number ! Cingular works fine in this area... T-Mobile is the problem :(
