This phone sucks the reception sucks the network sucks the carrier sucks the customer service used to be excellent now it sucks... .I used to have Verizon years ago and they sucked but now I think I will be back with them for the simple fact that my phone bill was so high last month with Nextel that I could have bought my whole family a new phone and contract. DONT BUY NEXTEL! they suck..

Poor reception + service, two bars or less, sometimes switches to analog signal. Sometimes calls go straight to voice mail, and voice mail alerts don't show up for hours! Dropped calls CONSTANTLY, after a 30 second period of call recipient not being able to hear me. Text Messages go through ok.
