Verizon has the best network in the area. I have friend with T-Mobile, AT&T, and Sprint and always ask to use my phone because they can't use theirs. Data speeds are great, too with Verizon. If you are in the area or visiting the area, Verizon is VERY reliable. Even more better with the old Alltel network. Way to to Verizon! Keep it up!

Intermittent reception if you stand at a window. Slightly better if you go outside.

Verizon is the best service in the Beaufort area, I have tested the networks for AT&T, Sprint and a few other small ones but Verizon provides the best service out of all of them... ..by far.

No reception in buildings on the Air Station. Limited reception on PI. Very good reception at home. Also, very limited reception on Hunting Island.

Whether its one bar or four bars, my reception is usually pretty good, unless I'm in a rural area, like Sams Point Rd.or Lands End Road. St. Helena Island is spotty, and I get no reception at the Hunting Island State Park Beach. In Beaufort city and on Hilton Head, my service works great. Along Hwy. 17 towards Charleston is also a bad spot for reception.
