One bar of signal within sight of tower. Dropped calls and the worst of all is calls that never get to my phone. Go directly to voice mail. Verizon was mostly decent, but now is worthless. Failed me Big Time on my trip to Illinois. Dropped a ton of calls. Go somewhere else for better service.

I was allowed to view the Alltel tower maps at their office, recently. Was surprised to see a tower less then a mile from my home. Especially, since I only have 2 or3 bars of signal. Hmmmmm. Suncom using Cingular towers? My parents have suncom and there are all kinds of dead spot round Hartsville that Cingular covers. But anything, including a string and a can, is better then Sprint. Had them for 2 years. People call me the phone never rang, I could dial the cell phone from my home and it not ring, Often did not receive voice mail to the next day.

I get no reception halfway between Bishopville and Bethune.Verizon's coverage map shows coverage and upon calling them, they say its my phone. This is the fourth phone to do this, which rules that out.Cingular coverage is great. This area just needs a tower!
