We had Alltel for many years and have always had decent service at this location. Maybe a few dropped calls, but we could count on using it. Since going to Verizon, the cell phone is useless at this location and the battery lasts about three hours as it is constantly searching.I have been on the phone with customer service and the technicians for many hours and have absolutely nothing resolved except the fact that they cannot help me. No, I would not recommend this service and yes, I am looking for a way out

my phone beeps 4 times and then just cuts off like i'm being alloted so many minutes per call... ..never had this trouble before... ..

No to Poor reception on Verizon Extended Network, any ***any*** head movement drops call; though coverage is full strength in Camden, tired of 3 mi drive every time I need to make a call. Verizon aware of problem and doing nothing about it. Will not be renewing my contact; will be getting sat phone.
