I asked for a Magic Box because my Sprint reception was so bad that I couldn't load any data at all. (Sprint's data coverage map says LTE coverage is "excellent" at my address). I put the box on the 2nd floor, in front of glass sliding doors that look out onto tennis courts and a pool (so no physical obstructions). After troubleshooting for a couple of hours, a message on the box pops up saying that the signal strength is poor and I should try another window. SERIOUSLY?! I KNOW the signal strength is poor... isn't that the SOLE purpose of this 11 pound eyesore? To boost signal strength? I live within city limits, about 100 yards away from I-20--I know Columbia isn't a major metropolitan area but it isn't the middle of nowhere either. Help us help you Sprint. BE. LESS. AWFUL.

I am stunned how bad my Sprint reception is all over the area of Columbia and Lexington. if everyone is this bad, how are they in business. I try to get to things and just give up. Horrendous!

So many drop calls. My phone would be showing that someone is calling while it's not ringing. Many times. Weird. Is it the iPhone's defective or the tmobile's dead spot / no signal zone. Callers would text me that my phone was busy even though I was not in using it at that time. I guess that's what "no signal" now a days instead of "can't be reached" or "sorry, no signal or outside of coverage area!"

Fast indoors and faster outdoors. Quite surprised by T-Mobile.

Had Verizon two years ago and got five bars in the my house, switched to ATT for better deal. ATT service was very spotty and new plans were no good so just switched back to Verizon for a great plan but my new phone only gets two bars and no LTE. They all suck

Just bought a new home in the Willow Tree Commons subdivision and cannot get cellular reception on almost any network. Have the unique situation of having phone from all three major carriers due to a mix of personal and work phones. Our family plan of four phones, is with AT&T, my work phone is with Verizon and spouse work phone is with T-Mobile. the T-Mobile is dead in the water, AT&T is spotty on most phone one not picking up at all in the house, Verizon works but is 2g or 3g, so basically phone calls only.

I have a mobile extender and websites and photos take forever to download and open. Calls drop all the time. Sprint keeps telling me they're adding towers and repairing towers for the past 3 years. The cost for our unlimited everything plan for 3 phones is amazing, we just wish the sh-tuff would work like they're supposed to...

Seems like it gotten worse in the past few months. dMb greater than 115 most of the time. Choppy conversations and constantly saying "can you hear me now" is embarrassing. Great reception at Clemson and Summit Parkway. Guess in an emergency, I'll have to get in the car and drive up the road! Now I wish I hadn't removed my land- line.
