My office is on the 7th floor of a seven-story building in the middle of downtown Columbia, South Carolina. Sitting adjacent to the window in my office, I fluctuate between 1 and 2 bars. On most days from this location, my phone has trouble receiving the text message that I need to get into my email to start the day. At this moment, I am unable to download the Orbitz App, apparently because my service is terrible.

I fluctuate between one and two bars in my home and some times show no bars. Calls regularly drop and often the sound is garbled. My reception used to be better. I don’t know what happened to Verizon.

Reception is very poor and calls get dropped and it is hard for others to hear me and for me to hear them. We need another tower nearby.

I just moved to this location. When I talk on the phone the call drops within a minute. People say they've called me, but most of the time I don't hear the phone ring. I will have to switch to another cell phone provider.

The signal here is amazing! I did a speed test and I got 40.6 mbps download speed and 19.6 mbps upload speed. T- Mobile reception is amazing in this whole area.

Do NOT subscribe to SPRINT you will have no service unless you connect to WiFi... it is the worse. Left Verizon due to high price but I guess "You get what you pay for" applies in reference to cellphone service!

Boost mobile internet service through Sprint towers are the worse coverage ever the signal strength is always low and also when I'm traveling and I'm paying for unlimited data.

I asked for a Magic Box because my Sprint reception was so bad that I couldn't load any data at all. (Sprint's data coverage map says LTE coverage is "excellent" at my address). I put the box on the 2nd floor, in front of glass sliding doors that look out onto tennis courts and a pool (so no physical obstructions). After troubleshooting for a couple of hours, a message on the box pops up saying that the signal strength is poor and I should try another window. SERIOUSLY?! I KNOW the signal strength is poor... isn't that the SOLE purpose of this 11 pound eyesore? To boost signal strength? I live within city limits, about 100 yards away from I-20--I know Columbia isn't a major metropolitan area but it isn't the middle of nowhere either. Help us help you Sprint. BE. LESS. AWFUL.
