No service in areas of Fairview Rd and nonexistant in Laurens Cnty

I have had Alltel Service since 1996 we have 3 phones on my plan we have never had a problem until the past two months. We loose signal, call ends. Alltel does not give credit for all drop calls. When using the phones we receive messages you must dial the area code (never happen before) or the verison network is unavailable? These are three different phones, Alltel has replaced one of the phone twice and the other one three times. Alltel refuses to update our towers I continously complain in person and by phone. Everytime I contact Alltel they I get a different story, poor coverage area or the problem must be with our phones? We are not in a poor coverage area if so I can assure you I would not have been with since 1996. We do live in a rural area this is why I chose alltel. I am stuck don't know if I should change service or not. I have two phones that are still under contract.
