Phone came from Europe, does not have 850mhz band so uses 1900mhz. I get 2-3 bars inside my home, 3-4 bars outdoors. Their tech support was excellent when my phone grabbed a tower not using 1900mhz and refused to drop it. I got sent to a level 2 tech pretty quickly and she just had the tower kick my phone off. It's worked fine ever since.

At the intersection of Dorchester and Ashpley Phosphate, I get one to two bars. In my house, I get no signal at all. Verizon has done troubleshooting and have supposedly sent out technicians, but I have had no resolution. My husband has Cingular and between 3 and 4 bars at all times.

Get very low reception. When is Sprint going to get more towers put up. I put in for drop call credit all of the time and it is to the point where they stop giving me credit for them until the next billing cycle. I have a great plan and do not want to switch. I hope they can start expanding their network fast.

Really, "poor" should be horrible. Cingular's network is constantly dropping calls. Sometimes they don't drop, the person that called you just can't hear you, yet you can hear them. "Less Bars, More Places" Should be their slogan... .."Raising the bar, so you can't reach it."

Two phones, so I have double the bad reception. Dropped calls, no service, but I still get a bill every month.
