Our reception use to be very good. Now our phones are dropping calls. If you talk to CSR's one time they will say that they are having trouble with towers the next time they say they don't know what the problem is. We are still with Verizon until our contract of 2 yrs runs out. It is so aggravating you can't exchange phones without upping the contract for another 2 years. So discouraged with Verizon.

I get absolutely no reception at my home. I have to walk outside to the road to get even one bar and then it's in and out service. Service is fine while in Columbia. I absolutely loathe Verizon Wireless, they are crooks from the executives down to the csr's. The customer service is rude and uneducated. Swithced to SunCom and LOVE it.
