Have been an ATT customer for years but recently moved to Ladys Island and found reception very spotty. Just movedto Dataw island yesterday and have nothing, no bars at all, inside or outside! Wondering if we'll have to switch service after all. We're wondering why ATT doesn't better serve this area and especially all the services at PI and MCAS

Had perfect Alltel service for over six years, and then Verizon took Alltel in a merger and now I have zero service! What is worse, Verizon doesn't care or doesn't know how to correct the problems. I have been dealing with this for almost a month. So after a month and talking to 18 people, I will change my service to another carrier today, and hope for the best. WISH ME LUCK!

T-Mobile has to be the worst cellular service made. I purchased T-Mobile Hotspot at Home figuring it would solve my problem with reception on Saint Helena Island near Beaufort, SC. Not only would it NOT stay connected to my hotspot, if it didn't roam to AT&T I would hardly ever get service when I traveled. 1 bar or two was the best I got. I took a 2,400 mile trip and it roamed to AT&T most of the time. Never get this T-Mobile. The only thing worse then their service is how they deal with customers. Very bad. I'm swapping to Verizon. At least it gives 30 days to change your mind and lose nothing. Goto Verizon and the other web sites and click on their 'coverage' page. Not even the liars claim as good a coverage area as Verizon.

Had great reception with T-Mobile UNTIL I upgraded my phone to get on my Fav's program..they talked me into the newest phone with Quadra Band (???!) stating my reception would be SO great... ... ..instead, I basically got none. All it did was drop calls and sound static... went back to my old phone (3years old) / dropped the 5 fav's program after making numerous phone calls to T-Mobile to complain / and will just have to live with old technology.

Very spotty reception. In some places it's a full 5 towers and 50 feet later it's 1. My phone goes from analog to digital constantly and uses up its battery in 15 hours. Relatively useless at the house

Phone goes in and out from no bars Verizon to switch to extended network. Sprint has a tower on the island, but the Verizon signal is strong enogh to keep the roaming to switch to usable extended network, but not strong enough to make or receive a call. If the phone could be set to receive the extended network signal while on the island the phone would work great. But as is the phone is almost useless on Fripp and St. Helena islands. Verizon technical support said outdoor use only in zip code 29920, but it doesn't work any better outside.
