There is a "new" tower recently erected, said to be an AT&T due to expanding coverage areas to accommodate T-Mobile customers. It was erected in April however as an AT&T customer, I am fortunate to get 1 bar when standing in the middle of the street to make and receive phone calls. What gives and what's the hold up?

The level of service I receive from Sprint is beyond ridiculous not only do I get horrible reception I get horrible excuses from the sorry customer service reps over the phone "I'm sorry for the inconveniance" doesn't cut it! I bought the Samsung epic 4g believing that this phone was the best of all their phone besides the evo if this phone is the best id hate to see the worst! Everytime I try to watch video it stops in less than a 30 seconds and will not play, its aggrivating and frustrating all at the same time and when you try to call customer service all you hear is "I'm sorry would you like to talk to tech support?" NO! I don't want to talk to tech support they don't do anything but try and reset my phone and it don't need to be reset Sprint needs to get their act together and get better service better phones and people you can actually understand over the phone and not some foreign speaking person. I'm 21 and I have never experienced such horrible anything from anybody! Its a definate that I will not recommend Sprint to anyone.

Calls often drop around Southside and McDonald's. You can get maybe one bar if you are lucky. I have perfect coverage everywhere else in Greenville, just not around here and it's where I work!

Driving towards Greenville on Woodruff Rd.in front of Southside Christian School, there is no coverage, HOWEVER if you are going towards Five Forks on Woodruff Rd.in front of Southside Christian School the coverage is ok. WEIRD!

I use Verizon because it is what my company gives me. I would not be a Verizon customer otherwise due to the fact the reception is very poor in the Simpsonville area. I have serious problems with reception at home, but also along W. Georgia Rd, Fairview Rd and Harrison Bridge Rd, which is an busy commercial area. Don't go with Verizon if you live in this area until they add more towers.

Have an older LG phone and a brand new Razr V3m. With the older LG phone, standing inside my house right in front of the door, I can move 1ft in any direction and it will say I'm leaving my service area. Both phones have almost no service inside and not really much better outside in the front yard. I can be inside and holding my Verizon phone in one hand and my Nextel in the other and the Verizon will have no bars and the Nextel will have 3-4 bars.
