The service is horrible. I can no longer multi-task (be on an app or Internet and a call) because it drops service. If I am looking on the Internet (with 4 bars) and someone tries to call in it it immediately sends them to voicemail and cuts me down to 0-1 bar of service. Why stay with AT&T, just because I am supposed to be able to multi-task. When I can go to Verizon for my iPhone. You can't multi-task with their plan but it's cheaper and when I had Verizon I never lost service. Also when I asked AT&T about my service problem the lady (and I quote) said " well your in a medium service zone so if you want to use your phone you will just have to find where there is better service"... . Ok that didn't help. How am I in a bad service zone when the tower is one street over? I've also been told that turning off my 3G would help. Well, it didn't and why should I turn 3G off when I pay extra for it. Steve jobs made the best phone ever I love my iPhone. But why be business partners with a shitty company like AT&T. I'm switching I only have 6 months left on my contract.

Finished 2-yr contract spring 2009. About first year and half got good service at home and on the road, then it started fading. Used same phone in Cornish, NH, traveling around NH and VT and on the highway from SC to NH. Same results - great when we started but this year service was poor to none. Usually none in NH at same location it was quite good last year. We are leaving AT&T - they are charging for service no longer delivered.
