Alltel 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V-9m	Tower shuts off and on. Bars on phone also change up and down constantly from no bars to 4 bars. Everybody here has trouble with tower and we can see tower from town. And Alltel does not seem to care. Been having trouble with tower for two years now and they can not get it fixed.
