	Reception in this area sucks. Impossible to talk in the house and outside is barely acceptable. Answer from Cingular is that this is a low-usage area and the closest antenna is directed in another direction. Cingular has no plans to upgrade the service in this area any time in the near future. I am looking for another provider.

	My boyfriend and I just paid to "upgrade" our phones with Cingular and we get no service in our apartment. Cingular drops our calls almost daily. We are getting a new phone service this weekend.

	Cingular has the worst service, can not get any reception, calls constantly drop. The kept tellin you the service is great in the area, and you need to upgrade the phone and this is my third GSM phone and I still have the same problem. Sprint can get reception in the same area.

	Rarely have problems with dropped calls in and around Nashville. Have been very happy with the service, including customer service (then again, I suppose the time to really comment on customer service is when one is unhappy about something).

	terrible outside and impossible in the house. Constant dropped calls and hard to get out to make a call.

	While sometimes I get 4 or 5 bars, most areas are 2 bars of less and many calls are dropped. This is a very fast growing area but it appears all cell companies have neglected getting towers placed in this part of town.

	My phone goes out when I drive past the Old Hickory Blvd. and Petus intersection in Antioch. My phone is a dual band phone, so I don't know if getting a new phone will help or if it's the service. Other than that, T-Mobile has been a good service for me. Lots of minutes for the money, great customer service and only a few dropped calls other than that one area.
