AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sierra 881	If you are on the lake at select locations (on the north shore with clear line-of-sight to the south) and at a sufficient elevation of ~ 675', using a good cell repeater / amplifier (recommend Digital Antenna products) and a high gain yagi antenna, you should be able to pull in a good AT&T GSM 2G signal from the Livingston area ~ 20 miles away to the south, since the elevation of Livingston plus the tower height of ~1500' should provide favorable geometry for near line-of-sight signal tranmisssion. Not 3G, but good enough for voice and checking email.
