Crossville, TN - Cell Phone Coverage

I've had no problems making or getting calls in the Fairfield Glade and Crossville areas. Calls aren't dropped either.

Great need for service in / at this largest supermarket in Crossville. Usually no service in parking lot outside of store.

When calling out there is apparently a conflict with US Cellular. Most outgoing calls from this location return a message from US Cellular stating: " MessageCLR32 US Cellular, Were sorry... ... .." So calls cannot be completed because Sprint and US Celular have some sort of conflict. Phones are on roam in this area. This is a wide spread issue in the area Can anyone identify or help?

I get perfect reception only 3/4 miles from the house. Need a tower closer.
